We aim to create unique, complex ciders with high quality ingredients. This mantra evolved from a desire to do better than the commercial ciders currently dominating the market. Whereas industrial ciders are often overly sweet and filled with additives and high fructose corn syrup, Lost Horizon’s ciders are dry or semi-dry and made from locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. No artificial flavors, sweeteners or added sulfites make for refined recipes that are rooted in tradition but created for a contemporary palette.
